1.) Where you do ship from?
Everything is manufactured and shipped from the United States.
2.) How fast do you ship and when will I receive my Tracking link?
Normally orders are shipped one business day after you order and shipped two-day priority shipping. We send your Tracking link the day your your art is shipped.
3.) Is the package gift-ready?
Yes, there is no mention of price inside the box, if you are giving it as a gift, you can have them open the box without fear of a price invoice inside.
4.). Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately no. Since each product is custom-made with your child’s name, we are not able to refund. However, if there is any problem with manufacturing or quality, (which is incredibly rare) simply peel-off the return label inside the box, and ship it back and we’ll make it right.
5.) Is your art High Quality?
Yes. We use 100%, Made in the U.S.A. Gallery Quality extra thick paper that is silky smooth to the touch.
6.) Is your art original and unique?
Yes. All of our artwork is hand-drawn and 100% unique and original artwork.
